Terms of Use

The game

Flickard is a free browser football game. There is no paid download and no real-money shop. Features can change as we ship updates.

Accounts

You must pick a username that is not reserved or impersonating staff. You are responsible for the password and for what happens on the account.

We may close or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the community guidelines. You can ask us to delete the account through the contact form.

Tickets

Tickets are an in-game currency earned from TicketPass quests. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not refunded if the account is closed or banned. They are not a digital good you can cash out.

Player-made maps

You keep the copyright in maps you create. By saving or publishing a map you grant Flickard a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, display, playtest, and promote that map as part of the game.

You promise the map does not infringe someone else's rights and does not break the community guidelines. We may hide or delete a map after a report or if it is clearly unlawful, with or without prior notice.

Conduct and bans

Cheating, harassment, hate, illegal content, and impersonation are not allowed. Sanctions can be a warning, content removal, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban.

If we remove content or restrict an account we will try to tell you why through the email on the account or a reply to your report, and how to appeal via /contact.

Moderation

Reports go through the contact form. A person reads them; we do not run an automated takedown bot. We keep a record of the report and the decision so we can answer and, where the law requires, give a reason.

Liability

The game is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost Tickets, lost maps, or downtime beyond what applicable law forbids us to exclude.
